The Guideline on Electricity Balancing (EBGL) mandates all TSOs to submit a number of proposals by the end of 2018. Under the umbrella of the Working Group Ancillary Services (with the mandate given by the Market Committee) this Working Group is progressing those methodologies pursuant the EBGL Articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 29(3), 30, 50(1), and 52(2). To incorporate the opinion along this process of the All-TSO proposals, TERRE, MARI, PICASSO, IGCC projects and ENTSO-E are pleased to invite you to a dedicated two-days public Stakeholder Workshop, which aims to gather the different points of view and comments over these proposals.
The workshop will be held in Brussels, at the ENTSO-E premises, on 20 and 21 June. The intention of this workshop is to present the most updated developments in the different methodologies to be developed according to the EBGL (for further information, see the agenda).
This workshop, in line with the specific workshops hosted by ENTSO-E, TERRE, MARI, PICASSO and IGCC, would like to share the current status of each proposal. In this fashion, the topics to be presented will be as follows:
- aFRR, mFRR, RR and Imbalance Netting Implementation Frameworks
- Imbalance Settlement Harmonisation - Draft Proposal
- TSO-BSP Pricing methodology
- Settlement of netting volumes
- Activation Purposes
